It`s pretty annoying to work with (ROM folders, blah) but it`s something required once on your life (I already did it, but I lost it >_>). It won't work MSU-1, but it will give you a header that you can mix with your MSU-1 xml and make it work with most bsnes versions. Then, download Lævateinn, a bsnes debugger and run your ROM on it. xml rom header found on BMF's hack/MSU-1 thread. xml file or something on recent versions. If I remember correctly, you don't even need any. All bsnes users would stick with it and he can work with his higan and epic all-in-one accurate emulator without problem and MSU-1 wouldn't be a problem anymore. Though that carries the obvious problems and downsides.Įven better: Just convince him to release bsnes v1.00 with only SNES core from lastest higan, v070 interface and done. something unpleasant, if he changes the formats again. Or find byuu in real life and threaten him with.
